TENDER FOR THE REHABILITATION OF A SITE AT ‘TAŻ-ŻEBBUĠ’ AREA, TRIQ TA’ L-ANDAR, GĦAXAQ, INCLUDING ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PAINT, SANITARY FACILITIES, SOIL IMPROVERS, PLANTS AND TREES AND AUTOMATIC IRRIGATION

The subject of this tender is the rehabilitation of a site at ‘Taż-Żebbuġ’ Area, Triq ta' l-Andar, Għaxaq, consisting of: A) Site clearance works; B) Excavation works; C) Civil works; D) Construction of new paths; E) Finishes works; F) Installation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) services; G) Installation of street furniture; H) Installation of nature-base play equipment, street furniture, gates and fences; I) Planting of trees and shrubs; J) Maintenance services. The place of acceptance of the works shall be site at ‘Taż-Żebbuġ’ Area, Triq ta' l-Andar, Għaxaq, the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be twenty-eight (28) calendar weeks from the Commencement Date, and the INCOTERM2020 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
