The subject of this tender is the embellishment of a site at Triq Nerik Xerri, Kirkop, consisting of: A) Site clearance works; B) Excavation works; C) Construction works; D) Construction of an underground water reservoir; E) Footpath and paving works. F) Installation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems; G) Installation of street furniture; H) Installation of play equipment; I) Road markings; J) Landscaping works; K) Maintenance services. The place of acceptance of the works shall be at Triq Nerik Xerri, Kirkop, the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be twenty (20) calendar weeks from the Commencement Date, and subsequently five (5) year maintenance services commencing from date of provisional acceptance, and the INCOTERM2020 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
