The subject of this tender is the embellishment of a site and development of the Fgura District Park, consisting of: A) Site clearance works; B) Excavation works; C) Construction and finishing works of public conveniences; D) Construction of two underground water reservoirs; E) Construction of a football pitch; F) Formation of accessible pathways; G) Installation of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems; H) Installation of street furniture, traffic signs and road markings; I) Installation of play equipment; J) Landscaping works; K) Maintenance services. The place of acceptance of the works shall be at the Fgura District Park, Triq A.M. Valperga/ Triq Cospicua/Triq Sigismondo Savona/ Triq Carapecchia, Il-Fgura, as indicated on Drawings Ref No. FGR001-Site Plan Part 1 and FGR001-Site Plan Part 2, the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be fifty-two (52) calendar weeks from the Commencement Date, and subsequently five (5) year maintenance services commencing from date of provisional acceptance, and the INCOTERM2020 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
