The place of acceptance of the works shall be the site in Triq il-Kavallerizza in Marsaxlokk, the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be twenty-two (22) calendar weeks from the Commencement Date, and subsequently five (5) year maintenance services commencing from date of provisional acceptance, and the INCOTERM2020 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
